At our research center new blends made of top quality base oils, combined with the latest additive technologies are continuously developed and tested. We use a range of synthetic base oils to ensure the best blend for your application: Polyol esters, Triesters, Diesters, Polyalkylene Glycols, Polyalphaolefines and Alkylated Napthalenes.

In addition to our ECOSYN brand, we also offer our oils under private label. Although you will not find our brand- and company name on it, more than 60% of the lubricants we produce are brought to the market by our private label customers and are recognized as the best lubricants in the industrial lubricants market.
A private label will give you the opportunity to grow your brand and expand your business with an own branded lubricant. This lubricant can be part of your warranty strategy, can be included in full service contracts or can be sold in your aftermarket business similar to genuine spare parts.
Most of our private label customers are experts in developing, manufacturing and servicing equipment or entire systems such as compressors, compressor systems, vacuum pumps, gas engines, … We support these customers by developing and manufacturing lubricants that make their equipment and systems more efficient and reliable and reduces the cost of ownership and environmental impact. This helps our customers to increase market share and grow revenues.
Our customers can offer our private labelled lubricants to the market themselves or exercise the exclusive right to their label. They rely on us, not only in engineering and producing the lubricant, but also in designing the product label, selecting an appealing package, providing the necessary documentation such as Safety Data Sheets, Product Data Sheets, brochures, case studies, certificates, sales presentations, training and setting up an oil analyses programme when needed. All necessary documentation as well as the oil analyses reports are branded with the private label in your own house style.
If desired, we also offer our private label customers shipment services directly from our warehouses to their customers. This also includes upon our customer’s wishes neutral shipping with the customer’s name cited on the delivery note as the sender.
Please note that a private label is subject to a minimum purchase quantity. This depends on the type of lubricant and type of packaging.

Many OEMs and their service companies use WCI’s oil analyses programme as an indispensable part to follow the health of their equipment and to determine planned and predictive maintenance strategies. All with the main goal to reduce equipment downtime through early diagnosis of potential failures, to reduce repair costs and technician time, to reduce oil costs by maximizing the oil drain interval and to notice changes in e.g. gas qualities when using bio- or special gasses with gas engines or compressors.
After sending your oil samples to one of our laboratories, you will not only receive a report with the measurement data and trends, but you will also receive from our technical experts an advise how to act based upon the data, the history of your equipment and your specific application.
